Snow Storm

Well the snow that started yesterday evening continued on and off overnight.  It was 29 degrees when we got up this morning.  It was a very noisy night.  Toby and I didn't get much sleep.  Tree branches kept breaking off the trees landing on top of RV's, picnic tables and all over the ground.  We had several branches on top our trailer, but didn't have any damage.  This was an early snow fall and the trees haven't lost their leaves yet so the heavy snow caused branches to break.  We got away at 10:30 this morning after they came and removed all the branches off the roof and around the trailer. The roads were clear and once we went through the 7500 ft mountain pass and started down hill the snow got less and less.  The rest of the drive to Las Vegas was clear and sunny.  We arrived in Las Vegas late this afternoon and are now parked at the Las Vegas Thousand Trails Park.  Look forward to dinner with friends tomorrow night.

Our trailer covered with tree limbs

Ray had moved the truck from under the trees so it didn't get hit

The snow was really beautiful this morning
No snow as we approached Las Vegas, but some beautiful clouds.
